Raisin (Kishmish) is a dried grape, mostly made from seedless grapes. Raisins can contain up to 72% sugars by weight, most of which are fructose and glucose. They also contain about 3% protein and 3.7%–6.8% dietary fiber.  It’s rich in vitamin C (3%) content. Raisins are low in sodium and contain no cholesterol. It also helps in reducing blood pressure. In fact, raisins can aid digestion, boost iron levels, and helps in keeping bones strong.
